Meet The Fellows
Cassandra Rivera
Chicago, United States
Growing up, singer/songwriter Cassy Jade was fascinated with various forms of artistic expression, but she found her true calling in the world of singing. Since the age of eight, she has been crafting her own path, writing and performing captivating songs.
Hailing from the south side of Chicago, Cassy’s early years were enveloped by physical forms of art such as painting and drawing. She credits her environment with shaping her creative perspective, colorful imagination, and powerful, art-centric intuition.
At only sixteen, Cassy recorded her first single, “Blood,” in Toronto as a collaborative cut with the DARKSPARK Foundation. This release propelled Cassy onto international playlists as she revealed her distinctive style of low-pitched, breathy notes with a twist of sensuous undertones. She’s developed a vibrant and vivacious signature style that resonates strongly in the hearts and minds of listeners through her sensational voice, artistic versatility, and powerful songwriting.
Cassy embraces every opportunity to develop her music and share her art. While she refuses to be defined by any one specific style or sound, much of her inspiration flows from RnB, blues, and pop.
