Meet The Fellows

Daisy Hernandez

Arizona, United States

Dedicated to helping the world move forward in peace and tranquility, Daisy “flowaaah” Hernandez finds solace in creating R&B and Latin music. Beyond her life’s work of serving the Arizona community, flowaaah turns to her artistry and creates music based on personal and vicarious experiences and emotions. She transforms life lessons into a positive wave of healing.

Born to Mexican-American parents with established careers in public service, flowaaah dedicates her artistry to helping others heal through her music and philosophical lyricism. To flowaaah, music represents freedom, a therapeutic lifestyle, and the forward trajectory of the world. Many of flowaaah’s artistic influences stem from various genres, including ‘90s R&B, Latin, indie, rap, neo-soul, and other divinely-cosmic goodness. Her own style reflects this blend of genres. Music has accompanied her through her own life journey, and now Daisy is on a mission to join the movement by creating musical paths we can explore.

"I came into this fellowship with so many questions about the music industry, and I don’t think I am leaving with a single question unanswered. Versions offered me a unique opportunity to expand my creative network and gain crucial insight into the world of music throughout the programming of the fellowship. This one-of-a-kind opportunity gave me access to credible guidance on history & healing, how to initiate my own social impact project, and how to make a quality song & the business behind it. I am grateful for VERSIONS for positively transforming the trajectory of producing my art."
