Nia Simone is fueled by a passion for raising awareness about pressing issues such as climate change, violence, and poverty. With a unique fusion of R&B, blues, and neo soul, she harnesses the power of music to shine a light on contemporary inequities.
Inspired by her parents’ activism and the legacy of their record label, War Records Escape Mode Studios, Nia embarked on her musical journey at a young age, recording her first hit, “Over the Rainbow,” at just ten years old. Since then, she has remained committed to creating music that is both socially conscious and soul-stirring, determined to lead by example with strength and grace.
